To help us track down an issue quickly, please include: which calculator, the exact inputs you used (bodyweight, total, sex, category), the result you got, and what you expected instead. If you believe a coefficient is wrong, a link to the official source you’re comparing against is genuinely the fastest way to get it fixed.
